Holistic Consultation

Holistic Consultation is the most effective way to determine the underlying causes of your health problems and design an effective treatment plan. It's also a great way to get back on track with your health and wellness goals as well as take holistic approaches to addressing certain ailments. This one hour session can be done virtually or by phone and includes a health assessment which allows for optimization and customization.

Your body has an incredible capacity to heal itself, if you create a healthier internal environment. When you give your body the nutrients it needs to properly function it will repair, regenerate and revitalize itself. It is my goal to promote healing and help others discover their wisdom within and the innate healing power of the body. I understand appropriate dosing of herbs, interactions with pharmaceuticals, and energetic qualities of matching herbs and foods with people.

My consultation service will provide you with natural ways to deal with your concerns from an alternative and natural health approach. A Self-healing Program will be designed for you.

Your initial 60-minute consultation includes:

  • Review of your medical history, current medications and labs.

  • Review of your diet and nutrition.

  • Herbal recommendations and remedies.

  • Your Self-Healing Plan (Case Review).

Telehealth (Live Video) Consultation: $200 for 1HR. Includes case review and 15-minute follow-up.

Consultation By Phone: $125 for 1HR. Includes case review.

Please take a few minutes to complete the Health Assessment Form. This helps me to understand how I can best assist you.

I look forward to serving you!
